REHEARSAL ROOMS

We have two clean, comfortable studios – ideal for rehearsals, readings, auditions, or open calls. Each space is equipped with a permanently installed sound system, mirrored walls, sprung dance floors, and a Baldwin baby grand piano. Our rehearsal rooms are obstruction-free, with access to filtered water, vending machines, and private restrooms.

REHEARSAL ROOM 1

RENTAL FEE:
$800 - full day
$4,000 - full week

35' x 29' x 13'4" (860 square feet) - maximum capacity 55 persons

RENTAL FEE:
$600 - full day
$3,000 - full week

$1050 - full day
$5200 - full week

* Please note that the studios are under I.A.T.S.E./Local One jurisdiction. The rates listed above include the minimum required stagehand wages. There may be additional labor charges if you plan to bring equipment in or out of the building on a Monday or if more than one person is needed to complete a specific task. Ask manager for details.
