LOBBY SPACES

Our lovely lobby spaces are available for large catered events during off-performance hours. Book these spaces alone or in combination with our beautiful auditorium.

FULL LOBBY

CAPACITY: 750 standing or 300 seated. RENTAL FEE: $4000

ORCHESTRA LOBBY

CAPACITY: The orchestra lobby is 3,500 square feet including the Lyric Link and can accommodate up to 500 standing or 200 seated. RENTAL FEE: $2500

DRESS CIRCLE LOBBY

CAPACITY: The Dress Circle Lobby overlooks the orchestra lobby and is 1,740 square feet. It can accommodate 250 standing or 100 seated. RENTAL FEE: $2000

* Rentals do not include any stagehand labor, hospitality staff, coat check, catering, merchandise, or equipment rental. All catering and beverages must go through the building’s vendor, Spectrum.
